School SEND Partnership Offer 2024-2025
We are thrilled to present our School SEND Partnership offer for the academic year 2024-2025, encompassing 61 primary and secondary schools across North and West Northamptonshire. This initiative represents a significant step forward in our commitment to inclusive education and support for students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
As a Trust, we are excited about the opportunity to collaborate and share our collective SEND knowledge and expertise. By bringing together educators, specialists, and resources from across our network, we aim to create a robust support system that benefits all participating schools and, most importantly, the students we serve.
Our comprehensive offer includes:
- Specialist Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for staff, ensuring our educators are equipped with the latest strategies and best practices in SEND education.
- Tailored workshops for parents, fostering a supportive home-school partnership and empowering families to better understand and support their children's needs.
- Termly SENDCo Conferences featuring renowned SEND keynote speakers, providing valuable insights and the latest research in special education.
- A new and exciting behaviour strand, including dedicated behaviour keynote speakers, addressing the crucial intersection of behaviour management and SEND support.
Through this partnership, we aspire to create a community of practice where ideas are shared, challenges are addressed collectively, and innovative approaches to SEND education are developed and implemented. Our focus on both SEND and behaviour support ensures a holistic approach to meeting the diverse needs of our students.
